A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Exchanges of greater value require payment of the difference. Refunds and exchanges are issued once the item is received and inspected. Guests are responsible to pay the difference for exchanges.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. The costs of return shipping and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
Sorry, we can not return or exchange any Clearance Items, as-is products, floor samples, soiled or misused merchandise, or adjustable bed bases. Mattresses and foundations cannot be returned for a refund.
Please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return or exchange. Returns of regularly-stocked merchandise are eligible to receive a refund with at 15% return fee and deliver fee. Exchanges of regularly-stocked merchandise are charged a return delivery fee plus any difference in price.
If you discover delivery damage or a defect on delivered merchandise contact us immediately 810.422.5505. You will not be charged a return delivery fee or exchange fee. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will have the item repaired by a professional repair service at no charge to you; or if the item is beyond repair we will arrange replacement.
